Correct answers like a quiz

i recieved a quiz. there are pictures and you have to name that film. You
type your answer in the box and then if you get the right answer the box
turns green if not its wrong the box turns red.

If you think you can help me please email me and i will email you the quiz
so you can see properly what i am talking about.
