I need some serious help with my restaurant/bar schedule. I am trying to
program the sheet to do the following things:
*count # of scheduled servers for day shift and night shift separately to
make sure we are sufficiently staffed for each shift
*program sheet so that a server cannot be scheduled in the bar and grill at
the same time (big problem, we have 6 servers that work in both)
*I want the servers' availability info mirrored in the weekly schedule (i.e.
X in the day shift cell or night shift cell is when he/she cannot work) that
will disallow a manager from scheduling someone on that shift.
I would be more than happy to email an skeleton schedule that I am currently
working with so you may better understand how the sheet is arranged.
