cell formatting

how do i get a yellow text box to pop up with directions when i'm in a cell.
i know about the comments box with the red flag in the corner of the cell but
i just want it to popup when i am in the cell

Highlight the cell and choose Data + Validation + Input Settings tab. Write
your directions in here.
