    Autofilter

Autofilter option box is greyed out and cannot be ticked. Any idea how to
    get the autofilter active again.

    Re: Autofilter

Muzza, is the sheet protected? If this is the case, depends on what version
you are using there is an option to allow autofilter on a protected sheet,
check that box when you protect the sheet

    Re: Autofilter

If the worksheet is protected, you won't be able to select the
    AutoFilter command.
To unprotect it, choose Tools>Protection>Unprotect Sheet
You may need a password to unprotect it.
