easy way to Consolidate Data within workbook's various worksheets

Trying to Consolidate Data that meets defined conditions from one worksheet
to another worksheet within the same workbook (in Excel 2003). Note: I am
not an advanced Excel user.

countif might work. Or perhaps sumproduct. A good explanation of how to use
