Vacation accrual based on hours worked - Excel 2003

need template or formula to compute number of hours of vacation accrued per
4o hour work week -- 15 days of vacation per year -
Excel 2003

(15 days of vacation per year) * (8 hours a day) = 120 Hours of vacation per
year

(120 hours of vacation per year)/(52 weeks in a year) = 2.308 hours accrued
per week.
