    Constraints in Excel Solver

I want the constraints on the changing cells to be that they can only change
to 0 or not change at all. How can I do this?

    Re: Constraints in Excel Solver

Use a (dummy) binary variable as the 'by changing cell'. For the value
used in the computation use the cell containing the binary value
multiplied by the value of the original 'by changing cell.'
