Pull Down menu's

is it possible to create a pull down menu in excel? And if so, how do I do
it? Thanks!

Thanks so much! Once I finally calmed down and read the instructions slowly I
managed to get it. Now EVERYTHING is going to have a pull down menu! Love it.
