I am creating a spreadsheet for a friend and need to be able to count all
rows in a column that contain the character "-". Here is what I am looking
to do.

Column A values

8:30/l
6:30
9-1
12-5
7:30

I need to know how many rows in column A have the format "#-#". In
otherwords, I need to know how many rows in column A that contain a "-".
