How do I fix my arrow keys? They are no longer moving cell to cel.

I was working in Excel on a spreadsheet, when suddenly my ARROW keys stopped
working normally. They now scroll my worksheet left and right, rather than
before, when they moved me from active cell to active cell left and right.

Anyone know how I can restore the normal use of my arrow keys?

    Thanks,
