Hello.
There are two sheets with the same company names but with different values next to them. What exactly do you want to compare? How do you want to do it? File with your vision of result (just numbers and how you operate with them manually) will be helpful.

Adding this formula in C2 and copy down of sheet2 will gives you a false or a true result. Is this what are you looking for?
