Urgent! Need to "find and replace" a question mark

apprarently, my excel translate the "?" as any value.

therefore, i have fields such as "fhbdt460?846a7f78" where i need to just delete the "?".

any codes/help to make the function pick up the "?" as a value and not as any string.

Instead of using ? for your search, use ~? The ~ can be found to the left of the number 1 key.
