Auto Update A Validation List

Hello,

Does anyone know how to dynamically update a validation list...example..lets
say I have a list of names and I want to add a new name...can I do this via
the validation list instead of adding it to the actual list on my lookup
sheet??

Under Data Validation, look for 'Update Validation List'
