Combo Box Control keeps changing sizes

I'm using several combo box drop downs from the control toolbox. But when I
use them, they randomly grow bigger, or font grows smaller, etc. Is there
any reason for this behavior?

Look at the properties box and make sure that autoresize is false, and locked is true.

This works on mine (office xp)
