resize the sheet font with a ratio

I have Forms designed on excel sheets using very big font sizes in order to
make its size big and unable to copy it on floppy. For example the heading is
about 120 and sub headings 100 sizes. In order to view that A4 size form on
my monitor, i have to set the view to 10%. Pls help me reduce this complete
sheet in ratio so that if i set the view to 100%, then I have to see that
full form on my scree and as a normal file size.

Have you tried compressing the file...?
