[Solved} Finding Gross Profit Percentage

I'm looking for a formula to tell me what the gross profit percentage would be on fuel deliveries. For example:

2500 Gallons Diesel Cost = 2.342140 Sold for 2.40140

Dividing cost from sold is giving me a very different number than our accounting system puts out.
