Hello Experts, I have a question in Power Query.

I have one data that contains different product details with different dates across the month and year where all the sales team gets credit of those products. I have a team member joins in Middle of the year so i want to give him credit based on the date of joining not retroactively. I have start date of each and everyone in the column. When i merge the data in Power query, the new joiners get credit from 1st Jan but i want him from 1st April and i don't have only one case, i have many so far.
Please advise some great solution here and automated.
