Cell referencing not retrieving text from another tab

Is your forum profile up-to-date and showing ONLY the oldest Excel PRODUCT that you need this to work for? Windows is NOT your Excel version.

This is a known bug.

Remove the formula from D18, set the cell's formatting to GENERAL and then paste the formula back in.
