I have the follow text numbers 31925. I need a formula or step process that will turn these numbers into the date: 3/19/25. I dont care so much for the format, for example it could be written as 03.19.2025 or some other variation. I just need those numbers to be dates.
Thanks for any help offered.

If you had 11125, would that be 1st November or 11th January?

Not sure as I just started working with this type of report. However, I suspect that when we hit a double digit month 10,11,12 that the txt will be something like 100125
In order to avoid such ambiguities, I would be inclined to coerce the data to be entered as 6 digit text strings. 31925 would generate a warning until the user entered 031925 or 110125 or 011125 or whatever. Then something like what TMS provided (would no longer need the TEXT() functions) would work to convert the text string to a real date serial number.
