Even though I have been trying to find and replace thing with "," and "." it seems it's not working.
Can you please assist me in converting the figures included in all 3 columns of the excel attached and let me know of the way to do so?

Text to Columns works on the second and third columns, then set formatting to Number. For the first column, you will need a different approach.
