List dates if asset number is different and plot tasks

Hi All,

Difficult request to word so I have annotated the attached example file. I am looking for a couple of formulas:

#1 - to list dates from a data range (I7:O12) whereby the asset # is different (H7:H12), although some dates include times and dont (default 00:00). I need the dates to be rouded down before referencing to ensure only 1 date is pulled against the asset regardless of the timestamp.

#2 - Return the asset # based on the date (possibly and INDEX MATCH or XLOOKUP)... i might be able to solve this myself if I could get help with #1

#3 - Plot an "x" in the task range (D7:F16) if the date is relevant to that task
