combining multiple rows into a single row

Greetings!
I have a fairly good handle on Excel mechanics, yet I can't seem to figure out a fairly simple task.
I have 100 rows of data divided into 5 columns.
What I need to do, is transpose the data all into one single row.
A single row that will have 500 cells that reflect the following cell data as it currently exists on the sheet:
A1, B1, C1, D1, E1, A2, B2, C2, D2, E2, A3, B3, C3, D3, E3 ... A100, B100, C100, D100, E100

I have tried referencing the first 15 cells in the pattern and using autofill to drag it across the next 485 cells, but it's not understanding the pattern.
