How to turn table data into one row per record

Hello experts,

I have been searching for ways to do it but couldn't find any. I am open to any formulas or even macros to do this. And I would appreciate your help. Thank you in advance.

i have attached an excel file of what i wanted to accomplish.

basically the above data on the excel is downloaded from a server
each data has a max of 7 records. if it is less than 7 then the remaining rows will be blank.
theres a max of 7 records per excel.
and the lower part of the excel is what i want the data to be for it to be usable.

the reason i want to turn this into a one row per record data is for automation purposes. the rpa im using couldnt distinguish the difference if its not one record per row.
