Help returning data when within specific dates

I am trying to return data to the OPS DATA (O3:R3) tab when the due date from column C in tabs Digital and Fabric fall between specific dates (OPS data cells M3:N3). I am wanting to return only columns A, B, C and G to the matching column headers in the OPS DATA tab. I have attached a sample with examples. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
