Formula needed to calculate and reduce weights

I have a little problem with the weightings I created. The problem is I need the sum of all the weights to equal 1.

So Instead of trying to reduce each of the weightings I wanted to ask if there's a formula that would do this for me?

I know some of my weights already are more than 1.

But is it possible to write a formula to reduce all the weights while keeping the relationship between weights preserved so that the sum of all the weights equals 1?

So in your attached, if you wanted to know wha the numbers in row 3 should be so they all add up to 1 and keep the same relationships, try this in cell a2 and copy across:
=A3/$N$3
(then you could copy/paste VALUES)
