Weekly Average manning Calculation with different daily working hours

Hi,

I have data with daily working hours and I want to calculate weekly average workforce. My working days are 10.5 daily and 7.6 hours on fridays. How I can calculate weekly manning considering the aforementioned. if I divide all with 10.5 it will reduce manning due to less hours on friday.
