I have polished my example spreadsheet, hoping a kind soul can help me with my queries. I have a competition next Tuesday and need to have this sheet ready.
I have been trying to find the correct formula that will extract the gymnast name, team name and scores based on their raking / score. I have included notes in the example sheet.

Are helper columns acceptable to you? The layout is not entirely conducive to easy data extraction and analysis.

I need to know your Excel version - I have asked twice (once here and once in the closed thread). This will be MUCH easier if you have a newer version of Excel.

..... and do NOT use merged cells!
Keep data recording - simple row/column tables - separate from reporting I have broken this rule purely for expedience!
