Formula not producing correct details

Hi, I have a small spreadsheet for a fishing competition to give me the the first three rankings.
It is duplicating names of anglers with same bag different times of first fish caught.
Can anyone help?

Try this in I5 and copy down.

=INDEX($B$5:$B$29,MATCH(G5,$F$5:$F$29,0))
