    sum formula working at one location but same sum formula not working another location

    please see attached file you can see formula in cell G9 working perfectly but same formula not working in cell D6

    C6 and C7 are not blank, so it's not doing the SUM. The formula is doing what you have told it to do, so working perfectly.
