I'm new and am trying to format one cell with multiple dates in to just show the most current date. Is there any way to do this? I am using office 365.

You will have to split the cell into multiple cells and then determine which is the most current with normal excel functions. If you need assistance in how to split the cell, then post back.
Please note that you have not told us which version of Excel you are using. This will make a difference in how people here respond. Windows is your operating system. Some of the most recent versions of Excel are 2019, 2021, O365. Please update your profile to reflect the version you are using.
