Calculating leave days per month within given periods.

I have been given data for employee absences. I need a graph which shows accurate data with 2018-2023 as years, and 2024 as per month.
I have done the the other parts, apart from the "accurate", since the functions I have now used, do not separate absences during the workdays per month, but picks up the data for total days away. (as given in the sheet)
This is where my problem lies, as I have now overconfused myself with networkdays and other suggested solutions found here and there.


For graph I made pivot table which required dates to be specified with if and datevalue functions so I can list them in right order, even when some of them have text in addition of year.
I need to translate my functions to Norwegian but any helps and tips are welcome and highly appreciated so I can get this working.
