Conditional Formatting based on cell "value" over 30 but each cell contains formula

Hello,
How do I have conditional formatting which only occurs when the displayed cell value is over 30, but all the cells contain formulas that calculate the difference between 2 dates. I only want the cells to change colour (to Red) when their displayed (calculated) value is over 30.

If the range you want CF is C3:G7, then the CF formula is
No matter it has formula, and C3 in formula have no $(Fixed) address.
