Search multiple values against list

Hi,

I'm constantly having to search for individual part numbers against a massive database of about 69000 items.

i can search each number individually but it takes a considerable amount of time.

Is there a function i can put in place that allows me to lookup a list of numbers against the master list and pull the data together?

Hi,

understood, i've put together a mock document with 2 tabs.

Basically looking for a way to search all the items on sheet one against the master list tab and pull the data from the master tab together so i'm only finding the data on those numbers.

If you have a list of part numbers and none are duplicate in your original list, highlight row at -> conditional format -> Highlight duplicates

Then paste below your part numbers (your searching numbers), - highlight all - Data - filter - Sort by column A by colour (from your duplicate colour) , then should either bring up or down all your duplicates, which would give you your search. Afterwards, Filter by column b - Blanks, remove blanks and your back to your staring point for your next search.
