    COUNTIFS Missing Critera

    Hi Team,

    I'm having a complete mental blank and can't get my brain to see/find a solution online.

    I want Cell F17 to show the total amount of Cells from M:M that contain the text "COMPLETE" between 1/10/2024 and 31/12/2024. (running tally)

    I currently have =COUNTIFS('LMA Allocation List'!M:M, ">=1/10/2024",'LMA Allocation List'!M:M, "<=31/12/2024")

    I know I'm missing 2 criteria, the M:M "Complete" and the reference to the column for the date which is "LMA Allocation List'!K:K"

    I just can't get my head around how I need to fix the formula. which i know is simple and I know how to, brain just says no today...

    Any help greatly appreciated.
