Extract text between last and one before last occurrences of a character

Hi team,

I am trying to figure out formula which return me text between the last used slash & one before - penultimate used slash. Refer to 2 examples (lets say from cells A1 & A2), where I need to extract red text

Example A1: G/L ADJ W/VAR 1H/23 / This I need / Expected Clearing Date: 5-2024
Example A2: Technology / Machines - February & March 2024 /This I need/Expected Clr Date 2025

Hmmm, I expected something more complicated, I spent 2 hours trying to build something with using FIND, SUBSTITUTE formulas ... :-) . This "easy one" is really what I was looking for. Thank you very much, my friend.

you have no-break spaces in these strings (char 160). If you don't have them in your real file;
