Doing partial match using Lambda

Hi, you are right. This formula doesn't help me completely. However, for a quick solution last week , it managed to help me for a quick fix.
I hope someone can help me to refine the formula. Hence, I would like to keep the thread open for the inputs that I want.

Could you provide all expected results in your sample file?
