Formula to calculated balance

I need formula on balance how to make the balance calculated automated based on account name.
Lets say that if I only make "Cash" appear, the balance will also calculated automated on the table.
Also I want the formula to be used for all account name.
Can anyone help me? Thank you.

One way is to use slicers to filter with this formula for the balance: =SUBTOTAL(9,K$6:K6)-SUBTOTAL(9,L$6:L6).
