Taking school name from different sheet

Hello everyone. Your expert needed.

The sheet is a scoring and ranking sheet for bowling competition.

I'm having problem to match the school name based on the the participants name.

The school name is on lu12 sheet at A5, A13, A21, A29, A37, A45 and A53. As you can see the school name is not in the continuous column.

On the ranklu12 sheet i want the school name to be appear at d6 to d35 based on the student name at E6 to E35. The student name is also take from lu12 sheet matching the score.

I have a lot of error to match the school name with the student name because the school name not in the continuous column.

Can anyone help me with the formula without have to create different table or sheet that have the school name arrange continuously.
