Using What-if analysis + data table + RAND() --> Data doesn't refresh...

Hi experts,

I'm trying to perform monte carlo / what-if analysis on the scoring of multiple suppliers on 7 awarding criteria.

File: Book2.xlsx

- Each party can collect points on 7 criteria, based on RAND() input. (A3-H16)
- Each criteria has maximum points of 100-250 points (A21-H22)
- on each criteria supplier can get 0, 40, 70 or 100% of the maximum points (A25-B28)
- the chance that supplier receives points is unform distributed (N-Q)

In cells X24-AP2025 Ive created a data table to simulate ~2000 runs

Question
Somehow, sometimes the table (Y25-AP2025) remains static if I press F9.
Magically, the table starts refreshing if I save the sheet in a separate document….
Any ideas what is causing the table to NOT refresh in certain conditions?
