Welcome to the forum.
Please add your expected results manually - I have no idea what you are expecting from those numbers.

HI Ali, thanks for your response, I am looking for formula to show percentage based on total count values, please see below example if the count value is become 0 then the percentage comes 100
Pending Account Total Percentage
user1 0 0 0 0 0 100%
user2 12 58 95 65 230
user3 35 65 74 15 189
user4 9 65 65 4 143
That didn't help at all.
What results are you expecting in the cells marked wiuth a question mark?

Hi,
I am expecting 100% based on the total value.
if the total value becomes 0 then the percentage should come as 100%
In F2 copied down;
=IF(F2=0,100%,"")
Format column G as PERCENTAGE.
Why provide a sample set of data where not one row meets the criterion???

HI Ali,
thanks for your support you have come closer to my result. if the total value shows 0 then I get 100%, but if the total value is other than 0 can I get percentage of that value?
Maybe like this:
=IF(F2=0,1,F2/SUM($F$2:$F$5))
See post #4. What results would you expect for those values? I have no idea what the maximum value is, so it's impossible to work out the percentage range.
You are not helping me to understand.
