Conditional formatting with ranges involving text

    Hello!

I've been struggling to make this conditional formatting work. The repetitive data in ranges D4:G11, D15:G22, etc. are the people who could potentially be on call during a weekend. The number in column C is the week. I'm trying to add a conditional format to the ranges of names so that the box turns red if that person's preferred weekend(E50:A74) is equivalent to the week # adjacent to the ranges, meaning they can't work. I can't figure out how to incorporate two ranges and multiple discreet values(I.e. the week numbers). I recognize this may require a different equation for each week range, which is fine!

My hope, when I figure that out, was to make it dark red if the adjacent column F values said "All" and light red for all other text values.

So thankful this community exists. Help, please!

    Administrative Note:

Is your forum profile showing the Excel PRODUCT that you need this to work for?

Members will tailor the solutions they offer to the Office PRODUCT (Excel, NOT Windows) that you have. Please check that your forum profile is up-to-date in this respect. If you aren't sure, in Excel go to File | Account and report what it says below the MS logo at the top of that page. If your product is for Mac, please also state this.

The three most recent Excel products are Excel 2019, Excel 2021 and MS365 - if you are using MS365, please give this name along with the version number in your profile (e.g. MS365 Version 2306). This is in the About Excel section further down the Account page.

    Thanks.
