Copying a Conditional Formatting to each row individually

I have a very simple spreadsheet showing sales volumes for each of our clients. There is a column for their name, then 3 columns of numbers beside each name for 2021, 2022 & 2023.

    ClientName Yr 2021 Yr 2022 Yr 2023
    Client XXXX $ 5000 $ 4000 $ 6000
    Client YYYY $ 10000 $ 2000 $ 3000

    Super basic!

What I want to do is a colour scale format showing green for the highest sales year, red for the lowest and yellow for the middle. Again, VERY simple to do with conditional formatting using the colour scale. Takes me but a second to apply it to client xxx. This will help my sales team quickly see client trends (look for red in the 2023 column etc)

But, I have 6000+ clients. Repeating that condition for every line is a wee bit of a time waster.

When I use the format function (the little paintbrush guy), it applies the colour blocking based upon all the figures, not each line as it's own. I don't want to compare client xxx to client yyy. I want there to be a green, red and yellow on each line, relating to just those three figures per line.

Any tips on how to repeat the simple formatting to all 6000+ lines - 'individually'?

Try these three rules applied to the entire range in columns B:D
    For Green: =MAX($B2:$D2)=B2
    For Red: =MIN($B2:$D2)=B2
    For Yellow: =MEDIAN($B2:$D2)=B2
Let us know if you have any questions.
