    CF to highlight a repeated value in a column

    Hi all. In the sample I wish to highlight a cell if it equals any of the values above it - only.

    What rule do I need to create, please?

    Modifying John's formula to start from cell C4:

    CF formula: =COUNTIF($C$4:$C4,$C4)>1
    Applies to: =$C$4:$C$16
