However,is it possible to do it with formula only as I am not familiar with Power Query.

Maybe, but not my forte. Suggest you be patient and wait for one of our formula gurus. I have provided you with instructions on how to employ PQ.

No - you can never assume anything like that. Some people won't want to be part of a potentially buggy trial phase!
