Redistribute percentages

Hello,

I have a list of class which have % associated with them.

I am trying to generate a formula that would re-distribute the percentages if, for example I removed G (23%), the formula would reallocate to the other letters, using the same split as previously, which would be populated in column B.

Hopefully that makes sense.
