    Normalization of Hours

    I have attached the excel sheet.
    Result is mentioned in column K.
    Scenarios are in column M

    Each scenario is descriptively mentioned .

    I need normalization/ Capitalization of hours to 160 hours depending upon billing rate and remarks
    No VBA Code is required.

    I need formalization in column K

    What do you mean by 'normalization'?

    Normalization of hours means that whatever hours are billed, they needed to fixed at 160 hours
