    Ignoring certain cells in AVERAGE formule

    Hi all

    I have a team of sales guys and want to average their conversion rates through the day.

    But I am having difficulty working out how to INCLUDE those who are working but on 0.00% and EXCLUDE those that are on 0.00% because they are NOT working.

    I have attached a sheet I hope I am making some sense!

    Basically I need to include all the Agents who have a customer count above 0 and exclude anyone that doesnt.

    Administrative Note:

    Welcome to the forum.

    Is your forum profile showing the Excel PRODUCT that you need this to work for?

    Members will tailor the solutions they offer to the Office PRODUCT (Excel, NOT Windows) that you have. Please check that your forum profile is up-to-date in this respect. If you aren't sure, in Excel go to File | Account and report what it says below the MS logo at the top of that page. If your product is for Mac, please also state this.

    The three most recent Excel products are Excel 2019, Excel 2021 and MS365 - if you are using MS365, please give this name along with the version number in your profile (e.g. MS365 Version 2306). This is in the About Excel section further down the Account page.

    Thanks.
    Ali

    Use AVERAGEIF() function?

    Whatever method you use to identify if an agent is working or not working, use that as the condition in the AVERAGEIF()

    Ensure you describe your problem clearly, I have little time available to solve these problems and do not appreciate numerous changes to them.

    Try this:

    =AVERAGEIF(B2:B7,">"&0,D2:D7)
