sumifs to add if there's a date

Okay, simple table of dollar amounts, with "Entered" dates and "Banked" dates. Entered is when I wrote the check or entered it online. Banked is when the bank debited or credited it.
Banked should match what I see at the bank, entered is what's actually still available.

My heartache is trying to get my Sumifs formula to work. What I want is the sum if ACCOUNT matches the Account value in B5 or B6 AND if there's a date in Banked. I tried to work it out, but I'm getting a SPILL error,
