Angry Progress Bar Based Upon Hours + Calculate Partial and Full Day Hours

Hi, I am creating an attendance tracker for our Contractors and cannot figure out how to do 2 things:

    1) On the "2024 Calendar View" tab (C6:AR17), a progress bar on each day a Contractor is on leave, based upon the number of hours.

    2) Wihtin the "Key Statistics" section of the "2024 Calendar View" tab, calculate total number of days (even if partial days) per leave type.

The way the template is currently built, it only counts total days (see "Employee Leave Tracker" tab) between 2 dates. Since a Contractor may take leave for a few hours of an 8-hour work day, I need to account for those occurrences as well.
