How to pull up all data from the same value of 1 column?

Hi,
Hoping to get help. How can I pull up data from a running database, presenting the value from 3 columns based on what value I choose from the first column.

I want to transfer the data from Columns B,C,D to the Summary Tab.
The information that will show on the Summary Tab, will depend on the selected value on the Drop Down List On A2.

The goal of the file is to track the timelines and can have a simplified summary view per project by selection.

Yes, have not yet upgraded. This is just for personal learning
